Sherrie Laryse is a teacher and mentor who has been practising yoga for over 15 years and spent the last 10+ years studying and working in human behaviour, neuro linguistics, grief, trauma, psychosomatics and mental illness (predominantly Schizophrenia). She works with people teaching the fundamentals of psychology, the neuroplasticity of the brain and, importantly, how to rewire it to help you achieve the results you’re after in life.
Sherrie has been a yoga student of Mysan Sidbo for around 10 years, following Mysan from Sydney to the Central Coast. After completing Mysan’s 400Hr Functional Hatha training, teaching yoga was a natural progression and inclusion into her repertoire to be a guide for others through life; now being able to help people mentally, emotionally as well as physically – recognising the integral nature of all three components and how they influence each other directly.
Sherrie has positioned herself a leading teacher on how to process experiences (our external environment) in order to control our emotions, our health and our state of being (our internal environment). She works with people one on one, as well as offering yoga workshops and hands-on Emotional Detox Workshops both in Australia and New Zealand.
As a way of life, Sherrie has chosen to dedicate her energy to increasing global awareness that, as William James put it, “a human being can alter their life by altering their attitudes.”
