Tracy has been practicing yoga for many years. She has worked passionately as a nurse for over 20 of these years and in this role, she found herself neglecting her ‘self’ and had to find an avenue for self-care, and learn how to look after herself. She found yoga as a release, and it developed into a passion, creating calm, and peace in her hectic lifestyle.
Tracy says the best thing about yoga is “knowing I can turn to it whenever I need it. For me it creates space and stillness. I find myself being grounded and focused.”
Why I love teaching:
I teach yoga to other as I see the benefits after a class. And hopefully I can create and leave the same passion for others.
