The Sanctuary Teachers
Every Sanctuary teacher offers their individual style that is derived from the foundation of the Hatha Yoga teachings and lineage. A yoga practice may therefore be slow and gentle, deep and strong or more towards a faster vinyasa (flow) practice – depending on each teacher’s approach.
All our classes are set up to guide everyone through the practice regardless of your level of yoga experience, so we do suggest to try the different classes and the different teachers to see what suits you the best at this moment in time.
