The Sanctuary Tips for your Practice

No matter where you are in your yoga practice, a helping hand, a new view and some tips will always bring you to a different place within you and your practice.

At The Sanctuary, we love guiding you wherever we can so here are some helpful hints 🙂

Tips for your practice

  • A regular practice will provide life-long benefits and as you embark on a few classes per week you will feel and see the differences that yoga gives you. Do not be surprised if you are starting to get compliments regarding your physicality, the way you approach life, your health and natural glow after establishing a regular yoga practice.
  • Enjoy! Your yoga should never be a burden, its here for you to enjoy. Practice for You and no one else. The time spent in your yoga class is precious time spent with yourself – and you are the most important person in your life!
  • Ask your teachers for help. How to find out what’s right for you? Book in for a private session or a course to get more detailed information. Knowledge and understanding of your practice. Sometimes it is really hard to know what is right for us and we need some guidance. All our teachers are here to assist you to live fuller, be healthier and happier – we are happy to help!
  • Would you like to achieve a certain outcome? Again, we are happy to help you find your way in yoga. We can guide you to what classes suit you no matter what level of yogi you are, no matter what injuries and illness you have or have conquered. No matter if you need more flexibility or more strength – or both. There is always an option that will suit you, so ask us for guidance towards the correct classes and practice that is best for you and your individual needs.
